Twelve Months

 I'm not sure how it is even possible, but our Sierra is one year old today! 

 

Here's what she is up to at 12 months - 

-Weighs about 18 pounds and is about 30 inches long.  She goes to the doctor next week for her check up.

-Still loves oatmeal for breakfast.  Lunch and dinner can be hit or miss.  Takes a few sips of water, juice, or whole milk, but still does not drink well out of a cup.
 -Wears 12 month clothes and even some 12-18 month.

-Still wears a size 3 disposable diaper.  Um, still not using cloth.  The laundry and I are not friends lately.
-Still needs a drool bib on all the time.
-Has 10 teeth.
 -Nurses at approximately 7, 10, 1, 4, 7, and 10.  And usually once over night.  But, she has slept through the night three times in the last month.  Yay!
-Naps twice a day around 9:30 and 1:00.  Goes to bed around 7:30.
-Sleeps in the big girls' room.

--Babbles, coos, growls, laughs, and "sings" with us.
-Still bites, but it is getting better.

-Has enough hair for a (ridiculous looking) hair bow or two.

- Can get herself into a sitting position.  Finally.

-Tries to pull up but can only get to her knees.

-Crawls on hands and knees.  Not far and not fast yet, but she is on her way.

-Loves music, books, Mommy, and anything that she thinks she is not supposed to have.

-Blesses our lives every day.  We are so thankful to have her in our family!
