We bought new sunglasses to wear on the trip.
We ate a snack while Daddy set up the tent.
We enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
We played on the playground.
We stole Daddy's chair.
We had a campfire.
We ate smores.
And then we went to the emergency room for Caleb to get 4 stitches under his lip.
And then we went home. And now Dave has gone back to the campsite to pack up the rest of our stuff.

The rest of the day looks like fun, so at least you got to enjoy that! I hope Dave got everything down ok.
Hope he'll be able to grow a beard still.
He and Alexa were spinning around the pole that is supposed to hold your camping lantern. The doctor says it looks like he actually bit his lip when he fell, and his teeth did the damage.
