The kids helped me measure the ingredients this afternoon for some bread-machine bread to go with dinner tonight. It is baking right now, and it smells yummy! Hopefully it tastes as good as it smells. I'll add a picture when it is finished.
Here's the recipe. It makes a 1.5 lb loaf. I used the wheat setting on my machine. Add the ingredients to the bread pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer of your machine.
7 oz warm milk
3 oz warm water
3 TB butter, softened
1 c rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c bread flour
2 tsp yeast
